Prenatal Yoga Buddha Baby 6 weeks-walking
Honor yourself and your growing baby with Om baby yoga. You should feel great during this special time. Yoga alleviates many of the discomforts of pregnancy and prepares you for the ultimate experience of giving birth. Enjoy time with your baby while you reconnect with yourself, get back in shape with yoga and spend time with other moms.
*Please bring blanket for baby to lie on.
   
Punk Yoga and Dance (Family Yoga) Yoga and Movement
ages 6 - 12
A Family Yoga class. Moms do Yoga while toddlers come in and out of the practice, playing and socializing. Dance and Music included. Coloring after class, A fun yoga and movement class. Children delight in discovering the infinite potential of their bodies. Children can learn self control, how to harness wild energies, how to relax or restore if feeling tired.
   
Tribal Belly Dance Hafla ZUMBA

A belly dancing party. We hold these twice a year. Dancers from NJ , NY and PA come out to entertain and be entertained. Tribal Vendors and food. A greats time.

Capoeira Yoga with Nicole
Capoeira is a brazilian martial art form.  It was created over 400 years ago by the african slaves as a way to regain their lost freedom.  Today, capoeira has something for everyone of all ages as it combines dance, gymnastics, music, martial arts and more into one fun, high energy class.  Training in Capoeira provides self-esteem, confidence, both mental and physical strength, rythm, musicality, flexibility, and more. Vinyasa yoga is an evolving form of traditional hatha yoga that links postures with the breath in a "dynamic dance." In this style of yoga asanas are intelligently organized, progressing toward a goal. An evolutionary flow strikes a balance between strength and flexibility and between solar and lunar energies. Vinyasa yoga empowers each student to explore his or her full potential in a sensitive and invigorating manner, leading to greater fitness, health, and well-being.
